This is more than a driving job — you’ll be a key player in developing and maintaining our warehouse inventory system while ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to field technicians.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver HVAC units, water heaters, and materials to job sites.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles (pickup trucks, vans, box trucks).
• Help build and manage a new inventory tracking system from the ground up.
• Organize and manage warehouse stock and materials.
• Perform basic electrical prefabrication tasks when not on deliveries.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and schedule maintenance.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and field teams.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Experience driving pickup trucks (required).
• Experience driving box trucks or large vans (preferred).
• Warehouse and inventory management experience (required).
• Experience creating or improving inventory systems (strongly preferred).

Skills:

• Strong organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.

License:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
